Shipping:
We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class depending on the package size and weight. All hammocks and more expensive orders will be shipped using USPS Signature Required. All of our products are made individually so lead times can vary. Current lead times are posted on our home page and order page. We will normally ship products within these lead times, however as all products are handmade this may be extended at our discretion. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date, trip or event. All items in a single order will be shipped at the same time whenever possible, as such the item with the longest lead time will dictate the delivery date of all items.
Payment:
We use Paypal as our online payment processor. With Paypal, we can accept major credit cards all over the world and in 25 different currencies.
