Should you have a question or concern about a product we provide, please contact us as soon as possible. If a mistake has been made with an order, at our discretion we will repair or replace the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, for any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all products received carefully, and report any problems as soon as possible.
- Custom Products – We do not offer returns on custom built products.
- Ready To Ship Products – We will accept returns on Ready To Ship products in new, unused condition only. Any product used beyond a brief initial test will be considered used and not eligible for return consideration. Please contact us before shipping any product back to Dream Hammock for instructions. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receipt of a returned product, we will inspect the item for any damage or wear. As long as it’s in new unused condition, we will issue you a refund for your original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
- Products not manufactured by Dream Hammock – We do not offer returns on products not built by Dream Hammock. There may be other options offered by the original manufacturer. Please contact us for details on these items.
